Routine inspection: Coffee bean storage, roasting, grinding, addition of flavours and packaging operation. Raw coffee beans are stored off the floor in the warehouse. Pest control services in place. No activity noted at time of inspection. 2 compartment sink and utility sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Ultra san 100ppm chlorine solution dispensed from chemical dispensing station. Clean in place for processing equipment using compressed air and Ultra san 100ppm sanitizer solution for food contact surfaces. Note: renovations underway for offices and tasting room. Plastic poly sheets in place to separate renovation area from ongoing warehouse operations. Call for health inspection once tasting room is complete.
