304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Significant number of mouse droppings found throughout premise including behind bottom drawers in front display cases, under flour storage, bathroom, behind ovens, etc.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean these areas again and continue to do so daily. Recommend supplementing pest control measures from pest control company with snap traps, though be mindful of placement as not to pose a hazard to staff. Check snap traps daily, discarding any captured mice.

Observation: Corrections to areas noted in last report still in progress.
- Areas noted in office have been sealed up with spray foam
- Pest control company has been on site since last inspection, have inspected ceiling, noted activity and so have placed additional traps.
- Weather stripping has not been installed under door in office
- Improving walls in bathroom with a durable material not started yet
Corrective Action(s): Continue to work towards pest proofing bathroom and installing weather stripping under the office door as well as the bathroom door to reduce mouse movement through premise.
