Routine inspection conducted. The facility was not in operation at this time. Operation is limited to serving pre-made food from approved sources and simple drinks (coffee, tea, etc.). Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. Residential refrigerator measured at 4C and -18C for freezer section. High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 71.1C at the plate level. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Lysol wipes available for surface disinfection (measured at 200-400 ppm QUATs). DO NOT use this for food contact surfaces. Bottle of bleach available. Ensure the following dilution instruction is followed when preparing bleach sanitizer for next service. 2 ml bleach + 1L of water.
