Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection reports# KLAI-CD6QLQ and KLAI-CESQ9G
Walk-in freezer now organized. Boxes of food and products were stored properly within the walk-in freezer.
Flaking paint scrapped off from the interior of the walk-in cooler. Wall surfaces of the walk-in cooler is now smooth and readily cleanable.
Many cardboard and Styrofoam boxes that were once cluttering the back exit door has now been discarded. Much better organization noted in the facility.
Significant improvement noted on the cleanliness of the facility. Most of the mouse droppings that were once observed at the facility has been cleaned. However, still noted some droppings in certain areas - please pay attention to these areas.

Outstanding violations that must be addressed before the next routine inspection - approximately 6 months from now:
Dust/ debris noted on the ceiling of the walk-in cooler. Please clean this area to avoid potential contaminants falling onto the food stored within the walk-in cooler.
Mouse droppings noted in the exit door area - beside the walk-in cooler and along the back corridor, where the washrooms are. Please sweep, clean and sanitize all areas noted with mouse droppings. If droppings reoccur after cleaning, operator must contact an external pest control company to help with the pest issue.

No further follow-up required at this time. Thank you for your effort in fixing the violations previously cited.
