Routine inspection conducted today:

Main Kitchen -
Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Food in the refrigeration units were stored protected and in the proper storage hierarchy with meat stored to one side.
Did not observe being hot held during the inspection.
Quat sanitizer containers were prepared. All noted with 400 PPM QUAT.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 90.0C at the manifold and 76.6C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
All utensils and food contact items were noted sanitary and in good condition. Interior of the ice machine, meat slicer, fume hood and cutting boards noted sanitary.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Overall sanitation and organization satisfactory.
2 staff who were working during the inspection has valid FOODSAFE certifications (expiry noted Sep 8, 2024 and Aug 28, 2026).
