Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Knives used at sandwich prep cooler are stored between prep cooler and counter. Area between prep cooler and counter is soiled and has an accumulation of grime, grease, and food debris accumulation.
Corrective Action(s): - Do not store utensils between equipment as these areas cannot be properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Remove utensils from this area and wash and sanitize utensils.
