At this inspection, there were 9 children and 3 staff present in the Infant program, 8 children and 2 staff present in the Toddler program, and 11 children and 2 staff present in the 30 months to school age program. At this inspection, no contraventions were identified.
As part of this Routine Inspection, a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed.
The following was discussed:
- Nap beds
- Lead in water results
- Children's records who have stopped attending
- Immunization records
The information contained in the report was discussed with the Manager and the report and risk assessment were written on-site. Licensing advised that copies of the report and risk assessment would be emailed to the facility.
