The fish was stored directly in the box with no plastic packaging. Photos taken. Corrective Action(s): The fish was adulterated with bleach and discarded. Keep all invoices on site for review. Provide invoices for Chicken, beef and cod by Monday. Provide invoices for all smoked fish by Monday. Business card provided onsite. All coolers were < 4 C. Freezers were < -18 C. Meat cutting equipment was clean. Bleach spray bottle had 100 ppm chlorine.
