Observation: Four boxes of smoked fish from Thailand had an infestation of bugs, possibly beetles in them. The fish was stored directly in the box with no plastic packaging. Photos taken.
Corrective Action(s): The fish was adulterated with bleach and discarded. Keep all invoices on site for review.
