Kitchen area - no food preparation, use only for storage (birthday supplies- plates, napkins utensils.) Freezer was at -18 deg C (some freezies stored in it). One upright cooler is used as dry storage (unplugged), One upright cooler was at 4 deg C - used for storing birthday cake and food supplied by clients booked for birthday parties. Ice cream freezer was at -18 deg C. Non-perishable repackaged snacks and drinks only Keurig coffee - single use cups and stir sticks only Sanitize (quats) available at 200 ppm. General sanitation was satisfactory. Washrooms were clean and provided with sanitary supplies.
