-Follow-up inspection to April 25, 2023. -Front upright cooler has been serviced and was at 3C. Technician adjusted the cooler unit and added refrigeration gas. Continue to monitor cooler unit and contact service as needed. -Cleaning has been carried out in the facility - rodent droppings have been removed and sanitized. Did not observe additional pest activity. Continue to monitor for activity and contact pest control services as required. -Did not observe foods double stacked on top of one another at the time of inspection. -Raw meats were properly stored below ready-to-eat foods at the time of inspection. -Did not observe foods stored in opened metal cans at the time of inspection. *Operator completed FOODSAFE Level 1 Refresher - valid until April 26, 2028. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
