Corrective Action(s): Defrost freezer to remove ice build up. Monitor temperature to ensure it is reaching -18'C. Violation Score: 1 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Small cooler underneath coffee station had ambient air temperature tested at 6'C. General observations: - Handwashing station stocked with soap, papertowel and hot/cold running water. - All coolers operating at or below 4'C except for above mentioned cooler. - Dishwasher was a mechanical high temp dishwasher, tested at 78'C at plate. - Chlorine based sanitizer stored in a spray bottle at correct concentration. - No concerns of sanitation at time of inspection. - No observed pest activity at time of inspection.
