Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # NO NUMBER of Jul-15-2020 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Hand washing station located at the back kitchen was not able to provide hot/cold running water. Water only runs for a couple seconds and appears to be clouded. Correction: Operator contacted the plumber for service. In the meantime, use the hand washing station located at the front area for hand hygiene. Correct by: July 16, 2020.

Follow-up inspection: - Hand washing station at the back kitchen had been fixed. Hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels provided. - Inserts on the sandwich cooler maintained at 4C. - No other concerns noted at the inspection.
