Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CD7NU8
Low temperature dish machine was working at the time of inspeciton. 50 ppm chlorine residual detected on the plate level after the rinse cycle.
Meat slicer was noted in a sanitary condition at the time of inspection.
QUAT sanitizer containers and spray bottles set-up throughout the premises. 200 ppm QUAT detected in these containers.
2 sanitizer containers were stored on the prep tables during the inspection. Spoke to Chef regarding the possibility of a chemical hazard if the containers were spilled/ knocked over. Chef corrected the issue immediately and stored the 2 sanitizer containers on the shelves below the prep tables.
No reusable towels used to cover food in the walk-in cooler.
Walk-in freezer was at ≤ -18C during the inspection.
Beverage walk-in cooler, stove and grill top were noted in a sanitary condition during the inspection.
Shelving unit underneath the prep station was covered with a smooth vinyl covering - no more rust and peeling vinyl noted.
