Introduction
A scheduled follow up inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care & Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSOP). Evidence for this report was based on the Licensing Officers observations, review of the facility records and information provided by the facility staff at the time of inspection.
Contraventions from the previous inspection were the focus of this inspection.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
Manager stated that staff is scheduled to work at the facility on Friday, however a CRC is not yet in place. The manager stated that a CRC will be in place for the substitute prior to this person being alone with children. The manager's own CRC from the review program has been requested (previous one has expired). The manager does have a CRC in place from the RCMP.
