Observation: Observed back hand washing sink and sink by drive thru window with inconsistent supply of hot water.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand sinks are supplied with hot/cold running water. Hand washing sink at front availbale for handwashing with supply of hot/cold running water.

Staff in uniform and hair covered/tied back.
High temperature dishwasher at 76.3C.
QUATs surface sanitizer available.
Front hand washing sink adequately supplied.
Frige temperatures at or below 4C.
Back Freezer temperature at -14C.
Abell Pest Control company in place - monthly visits.
No pest issues noted during inspection.
General sanitation and maintenance of facility is good.

Note: Facility remained in good condition post flooding in area and BWN. Re-opened after BWN was removed.
