-Inspection due to change of contract for operation of kitchen/cafeteria/coffee station
-Renovations/alterations in accordance with approved plans. *Walk-in cooler floor requires sealing/painting
-Hot & cold running water liquid soap & paper towel supplied to handsinks.
-Coolers operating at 4C or colder with the exception of open display cooler at coffee bar. Cooler measured 10C
Manager reported it was recently service
Ensure temperature is at 4C prior to storing any potentially hazardous food in it.
-Freezers were operating at -18C or colder
-Dishwasher operational. >50ppm chlorine detected on dish after cycle.
-Quats surface sanitizer present. Concentration measured 200ppm
-Health application received *health permit fee must be paid.
-Food safety and sanitation procedures present.
-Certificates confirming completion of foodsafe level 1 equivalent present for staff.

-Premises may open once health permit fee is paid. Post health permit when it arrives
Permit will apply to apply to both kitchen and coffee station.
