Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CFVTQY
Facility is now using time as a control. Updated food safety plan available and on file.
3 vermicelli containers were noted with time stamps on the packaging when stored out of temperature control. Log was available.
Discuss how the log can be filled out better. If items are sold out, this needs to be marked down and not left blank on the log.
Temperature of cold food right when removed from temperature control must be noted down.
Food must have time stamps on packaging before putting out of temperature control.

New manager at facility since last inspection. Manager has Food Safe training from Alberta but unable to show area inspector to verify if acceptable and within expiry date. Manager is to email the area inspector within 2 weeks to show proof that training is completed and to assess whether this training is sufficient. If not, Manager is required to take FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent.

No further follow-up required at this time.
