Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm. Walk-in cooler was below 4 deg C. Sausage making no longer done on-site Seafood display was at 0-1 deg C. All display coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
