Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 door under counter cooler temperature at 7.9C. Milk inside this cooler had an internal temperature of 7C. Relocate potentially hazardous foods (PHF) such as milk from this cooler to a functionag cooler that has a temperature of 4C or less.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staf were using a multisurface cleaner when wiping food contact surfaces and skipping the sanitizer step. Enusre that last step in cleaning process is the sanit5ation step.

General Comments:
All coolers (except 2 door under counter cooler) at <4C.
High temperature dish wsher temperature achieved 71C at dish surface during final rinse.
Standing freezer containing non potentially hazardous food registered at -10C. Ensure freezers achieve -18C or less if using for PHF's.
Soup hot held above 60C.
Hand washing station available, fully stocked with liquid soap and paper towel & hot and cold water.
Surface sanitizer in a spray bottle registered at 200ppm for QUATS.
Note: sanitizer wiping cloths to be stored in a sanitizer solution.
Reminder: Temperature logs should be maintained for a minimum of 3 months and available for review up request.
