Observation: Multiple items in line cooler >4C (meats, 9.0C; seafood 7.9C, cut vegetables in containers 11C).
Internal and surface temperatures >4C.
Thermometer inside cooler shows 60F. Digital thermometer on outside shows 49F.
Items have been inside cooler for about 1hr.
Correction: Monitor temperature for the next 30min, if temperature does not go down, discard or use up by cooking, all times in this cooler.
Transfer items to working cooler now.

Follow up inspection during lunch hour

All coolers and freezers are below 4C (line coolers, 1.4C, upright cooler 1.5C)
Food items surface and internal temperatures below 4C.
Operator said that food items were used up from yesterday.
No previous food items stored.

Hand delivered temperature logs.
Ensure to check temperatures in afternoon as well as in the morning and during close.
