Follow up inspection conducted New freezer has been placed in back room. Food measured at or below -18 degree C. Ensure to have independent thermometer for all cooling units. Kitchen and storage room have been cleaned and maintained. Areas affected by pest activity has been cleaned. Mice traps noted throughout facility. No obvious sign of mice activity noted at this date. Ensure to monitor back room, and kitchen and take immediate action as soon as any mice droppings observed. No concerns noted at this date.
