Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Dishwasher final rinse contained no detectable level of sanitizer, and was not able to be primed
Correction: Call dishwasher repair company. In the meantime, you may sanitize dishes manually by adding one capful of bleach to the rinse cycle (someone must do this each time to each wash cycle - wait for the wash to end and drain, and when the machine fills for sanitizing, add 1 capful of bleach to the rinse cycle). Use test strips as necessary.

Dishwasher was serviced. Sanitizer concentration in dishwasher measured 50ppm.

Kitchen handsink was free at time of inspection.

Back area handsink tap is still not totally functioning properly - sometimes hot water comes out and sometimes it does not. Please call plumber to have faucet repaired or replaced as necessary.
