Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine sanitizing dishwasher had no detectable sanitizer at final rinse. Hypochlorite in 20L pale also looked very light and will likely need changing. No test strips available on site.
Corrective Action(s): Repair machine so that final rinse is 50ppm chlorine detected. Due: Friday.
Obtain test strips and monitor daily. Until dishwasher is repaired, it may be used for the wash and rinse cycle but items must be sanitized manually in the sink after being run through dishwasher.
