Follow up conducted to routine inspection (report #TPAU-CXLT9H) Observations: - All handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - Salad pan and small container with sour cream & butter were stored on ice trays in the cold well located at burger/daily burger station. The internal temperature was recorded at 2C. - Display temperature of cold well recorded at 37F. NOTE - Please follow up on the pending non-critical violations listed on routine inspection report.
