- Employees wear hair net, gloves, and mask
- All coolers temperature at< 4oC
- Freezer temperature at <-18 oC
- General sanitation is good, no sign of pest noted at the time of inspection
- QUATs sanitizer at buckets and wiping rags measured at 200 ppm
-No brown rice sushi is made on site
- No issues noted during visit.
-Discussed monitoring for pest and sending report every 4 months
