Bleach sanitizer at 100ppm and towels are submerged inside.
Fish observed to be cut on cutting board, not card boards.
Additional trays were purchased to cool down chicken properly. No cooling at time of inspection.
Preportioned tofu are stored in cooler; reminder this is the same for edamame as well.
Soy sauce relocated so it is away from bathroom and boxes of ginger are lifted off the floor.
Back screen replaced. New decal placed on Health Permit.
New cooler installed and in use at 4C; thermometer available. Liquor is not available yet.
->Reminder that floor cleaning should be more thorough as indicated to operator (grease build up under fryer).
