Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
One employee onsite and at 3 times observed to be taking payments, then proceed to wear gloves without hand washing, and continue food prep.
Corrective Action(s):
Staff member was educated and reminded on proper hand washing, especially between different tasks such as handling money and preparing food. Staff member washed hands before proceeding to the next task.

Routine Inspection:
Hand washing stations (by pizza oven and at 2-compartment sink) fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers (pizza prep top inserts and under-counter, walk-in and beverages) maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
- Chest freezer maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
- Hot holding for pizza by the slice maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
Concentration of chlorine (bleach) sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
2-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
Food covered and protected from contamination.
Food stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Premises well lit.
General cleanliness and organization satisfactory.
Washroom sink fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
