Three-compartment sink was set up for manual warewashing; 200 ppm Quat detected in sanitizing sink;
Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition, scoop properly stored in separate container;
All equipment maintained in sanitary conditions.
Dipper well in use - scoops are stored safely at the time of inspection.
All coolers at or below 4.0 C;
Freezers at or below -18.0 C;
Note: Yogurt stored in ice bath; themperature of the product - satisfactory;
Food storage practices good (food covered and off the floor);
Accurate thermometers available;
No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection;
