-Facility is currently not using the barbeque meat section.
-Operation was originally planning on purchasing pre-cooked barbeque meat to reheat.
-Operator is now planning on making their own barbeque meats on-site for sale to the public. Prior to making making barbeque meat on-site, operator must submit a revised food safety plan.
-Handwash stations easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in 2-compartment sink in the meat area. Quats sanitizer dispensing at 200ppm and sink plugs present.
