A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -23C; thermometers present; temperatures recorded daily. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves, pallets or racks. - No expired foods for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. Increase the frequency the floor is swept under all the shelving units in the back storage areas, as there is accumulated dust. - No signs of pests. Regular monitoring done by Orkin Pest Company. - Non-foods stored separately from food items. - All in order.
