Comments

*Follow-up to inspection conducted on September 21, 2018 (Report #MLOO-B4RQ8U)

- Undercounter coolers are now maintaining < or = 4C
- Display cooler #1 at 7-8C
- Display cooler #2 at 5.6C

*Temperatures of the display coolers have improved since the routine inspection but are still too high. Ensure perishable foods are not stored in these coolers for more than 2 hours. All perishable foods past the 2 hour limit must be discarded.
*Continue to monitor temperatures of these coolers and maintain accurate temperature logs
*Explore options to install a larger fan or bring fans closer to the coolers as per recommendations from the technician and health inspector. The current system may not be sufficient in providing enough cold air to allow coolers to maintain 4C or less.
