Follow up inspection:
-Hot-held food items in the front steam tables were at or above 60 degrees C (actually measured near 70 degrees C internally).
-Operator mentioned that they had raised the water level in the steam table.
-Please continue checking the internal temperature of hot-held food at least every 2 hours and ensure you follow your approved food safety plan.
