All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder. Walk in freezer is -26 degrees C. Upright freezer is -18 degrees C. or colder. Quat sanitizer measured 200 PPM residual in spray bottles. Dishwasher final rinse reached 75 degrees C. at the plate surface. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsink. Soup in warmer was 70 degrees C. Note: Foods in other warmer were turned off at time of inspection as it was after the lunch hour.
