Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer dispenser located at three-compartment sink was dispensing quats at approximately 50 to 100 ppm at time of inspection. In addition, quats located in sanitizing compartment of ware washing sink, in container with bar towels, and in labeled spray bottle all tested at approximately 50 ppm quats.
Corrective Action(s): Assistant Manager on site obtained sanitizer from another nearby sanitizer dispenser available on site. Sanitizer was provided at 200 ppm quats for manual ware washing (at three-compartment sink) and also for general surface sanitizing (container with bar towels refilled). Ensure all equipment, utensils, and surfaces are re-sanitized as a precaution. Starbucks to use another working sanitizer dispenser on site in the interim until the above-noted sanitizer dispenser is in good working order.

General sanitation satisfactory. Ice machine in clean condition. Ice scoops stored safely.
No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
