- Glass doors cooler at 3.2 deg C.
- Front cooler at 1.4 deg C.
- Hot holding at 60 deg C.
Note: Small and under-counter coolers are empty; turned off.
- No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.

Recommendations:
- Washroom door must be closed all the time.
- Screen (for door and/or windows) might be required. If you keep it open.
- Surface sanitizer must be available (eg., chlorine solution) in a properly labeled container.
- Deli slicer must be properly cleaned and sanitized prior to storage (no food debris please).
