Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A bag of raw meat and two bags of imitation crab were thawing under ambient temperature. Internal food temperature measured at 4C and -4C respectively.
Corrective Action(s): Frozen food should be thawed under cold running water, in a functional cooler or in the microwave. Do not thaw food at ambient temperature.

Observation: Rodent droppings noted at multiple areas in the facility:
- Behind the chest freezers.
- On the wooden shelves under the prep table.
- On the counter beside the stove.
- Under the grill at the front reception area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up all rodent droppings in the facility. Ensure all food debris and greases are cleaned up. Food should be stored in tight sealed containers to prevent pest entry. Continue monitor for any activities and set up traps after clean up. If issues persist, contact professional pest control for remediation. Correct by: Jul 25, 2022.

Observation: Accumulation of grease and dust observed at the following area:
- Back of two chest freezers.
- Around and under the deep fryer.
- Under the 3 compartment sink.
- Under the reception table.
