Routine Inspection conducted with the presence of the owner couple.

- General sanitation was satisfactory.
- All the hand sinks (1 front bar, 2 in kitchen) fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water.
- Bleach solution in spray bottle and the bucket tested 100 ppm.
- Under-counter cooler in the bar area maintained at 4.2C.
- Ice machine was in a sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored in a clean pail.
- Coolers (walk-in, prep) in the kitchen maintained below 4C.
- Food containers properly covered.
- Freezers (walk-in, upright) maintained below -18C.
- Hot holding unit for rice maintained at 68C.
- High temperature dishwasher measured at 72C at dish level after final rinse cycle.
- 2-compartment sink was in use with drain plugs.
- Meat slicer was in use during inspection. No food debris built up on slicer.
- Next service for ventilation hood system is on Mar 30, 2023. No grease built up on the filters.
- Storage areas well maintained.
- No signs of pest activity observed during inspection.

Note: A set of the central filters observed to be removed to ventilate excessive heat, fume and grease,
(1) If operate the ventilation hood without filters, it can damage the blower or other internal components of the hood.
