Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cups of fresh juice double stacked inside front drink cooler. Top 2 cups of fresh juice 8 C
Corrective Action(s): Staff relocated juice into back storage cooler.
Do not double stack juice cups as to cups will not stay cold at 4 C or colder.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer reservoir bucket for wiping rags 0 ppm Quaternary Ammonia.
Corrective Action(s): All wiping cloth rags in use are to be stored in a container of sanitizer solution (200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia, to be verified by test strip).
Ensure sanitizer containers are refreshed frequently throughout the day to maintain adequate sanitizer.

Observation: Mouse droppings and debris observed in the following locations: inside cabinet below veggie cooler, inside drawer labelled cans, floor corner under bun warmers, behind and under all 4 point of sale cash registers, inside modem cabinet, cabinet below hot fudge dispenser, and cabinet under soft serve station sink.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.
