Observation: 1. Food equipment was put away still dirty (ladle/strainer)
2. Food equipment had not been cleaned (can opener, dough roller)
3. Food debris noted on the clean side of the dishwasher.
Correction: 1. Ensure all food debris is removed during washing process. Rewash items
2. Ensure all food equipment is properly washed and sanitized after use ( including can opener). Properly wash and sanitize items.
3. Clean side of the dishwasher must remain clean to prevent recontamination of equipment and dishes after being washed. Wash and sanitize area before doing dishes.
