Comments

- Walk in cooler in kitchen was 4 C
- Walk in cooler in hall was 3 C
- walk in freezer in kitchen was -17 C
- walk in freezer in hall was -18 C
- Sanitizer buckets had 200 ppm quats
- Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 76 C at plate and 86 C at gauge
- A couple of fruit flies still noted, much improved since last visit. Continue to increase cleaning of the area.
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
