Comments

-This establishment has had repeat violations with regards to pest issues and sanitation. As per Fraser Health's Progressive Enforcement policy, all violations must be corrected prior to the kitchen's next usage. This will be checked on Tuesday, April 16th before 12pm. In the event that the outstanding violations have not been corrected, a Closure Order will be issued.
-An updated Sanitation Plan is needed for continued operation of the premises. The entire kitchen, including the cupboards, shelving, underneath equipment etc. must be cleaned every week. A checklist is needed to show that it has been completed.
