Observation: Low-temperature dishwasher did not have any chlorine sanitizer residual (test strips) at plate level. Chlorine sanitizer bucket full, venturi moving, yet no sanitizer pumped through. Temperature for rinse cycle OK. [Date to be corrected by: immediately]
Corrective Action(s): Operator called service company to come service dishwasher. Disheware/utensil must be manually sanitized after being run through dishwasher until dishwasher is repaired. Operator must obtain chlorine and quats test strips and begin checking chlorine sanitizer at dishwasher and quats concentration at dispenser daily
