Observation: Manager on site does not have a valid FoodSafe certificate, as it is now expired (certificate was issued in 2009). No staff on site have valid FoodSafe level 1.
Corrective Action(s): Manager will be obtaining FoodSafe level 1 immediately. As discussed, there must always be at least one person on every shift tha thas FoodSafe at all times.

-Handsinks equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
Open Sandwich display cooler in store area: 3 deg C
-All undercounter coolers in front counter /food service area at 4 deg C or less
-Upright cooler in chicken prep room at 2.8 deg C
-All freezers at -18 Deg C or less
-All hot holding at 60 deg C or greater
-Quat sanitizer in spray bottle at 200 ppm Quats (one bottle kept in front service area, one bottle kept in chicken room area)
-Foods in cooler covered
-No signs of pests at time of inspection
-General sanitation is ok, ensure to consistently wipe and sanitize all handles and surfaces in the chicken prep room
-No signs of pests
