Routine Inspection
-Walk-in cooler at 4 C or below.
-Pizza prep cooler - inserts and bottom section at 4 C or below.
-Standing beverage cooler at 4 C or below.
-Both chest freezers at -18 C or below.

-Pizza slices placed in hot holding unit before unit reached to 60 C (unit was at 55 C). Ensure unit is fully pre-heated to 60 C prior to use.
-Operator stated slices are kept for a maximum of 1.5 hours. If using time as a control, timers should be used and Food Safety Plan should be updated to reflect this.

-Hand sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels.
Note, paper towel dispenser location is not ideal. Do not place food (dough) right underneath dispenser. This may cause food contamination.

-Surface sanitizer available in labelled spray bottle and registered at 200 ppm chlorine.
-Manual dishwashing was not set up at the time of inspection (facility just opened) however operator was able to describe how to properly wash and sanitize dishes.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 requirements met at the time of inspection.
