Follow-up completed to the routine inspection conducted on March 30, 2021 (Report #TGIL-BZMNNS).

Observation made:
- No disinfectant solution was present at the time of inspection. Spray bottle was filled with water. However, the staff made the bleach solution during inspection and refilled the spray bottle with the disinfectant. The concentration of bleach solution was measured at 200ppm and found satisfactory. As the spray bottle was small in size and might not last the whole day, staff made another bucket with bleach solution (200ppm) and kept on site for sanitizing workstation.
- Band saw was cleaned and sanitized with the bleach solution (200ppm) at the time of inspection.

NOTE:
- Prepare and keep disinfectant solution on site at all times during the operation.
- Ensure that all equipment, utensil and food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized as needed.
- If using bleach for disinfecting band saw and meat grinder, it is recommended to use at least 200 ppm bleach concentration.
