Routine inspection conducted with the presence of the owner.

- Overall sanitation was GREAT!
- Hand washing stations were fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Coolers measured < 4 C
- All freezers measured < -18C
- Thermometers available in the temperature controlled units.
- No grease built up on the exhaust hood.
- 3-compartment sinks and 2- compartment sinks available on-site in good sanitary condition.
- Bleach sanitizer measured at 200 ppm chlorine.
- No cooking, no hot holding or no food preparation, or food deliving observed during time of inspection
- All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor and protected from potential contamination
- All chemicals properly stored.
- FOODSAFE Level 1 valid Dec 17, 2025.
- No pest activities observed during time of inspection.
