Observation: Dead cockroaches on sticky traps at the Point of Sale (POS) station. Pest control report available for Jan 10th.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the sticky traps with new ones. The pest control report must show recommendations and work that has been done to control pest activity within acceptable level. Continue with monthly pest control inspections.

Follow up inspection to report#DSOG-B87UBD:

- The mop sink is designated for only mop use. Food preparation cannot be done in this sink. Failure to meet this requirement will lead to a violation ticket.
- Most food items are covered with proper lids or plastic wraps. Ensure to cover all meats with plastic wraps as well.
- Daily temperature log available. Continue to monitor the temperature of ALL coolers and freezers. This is part of your Food Safety Plan. This will be verified during your next routine inspection.
- General sanitation has improved. Floors were kept dry and there was no evidence of water pooling. Continue to implement a regular cleaning schedule and deep cleaning schedule.
- Single use tin cans have been replaced with food grade bins/containers.
