Comments

General:
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured 200ppm quats
- dishwasher measured 50ppm chlorine at the final rinse cycle
- ice machine appears sanitary
- rodent issue appears to have improved - no obvious droppings, all foods are covered, traps have not been tripped
- provide pest report upon follow-up inspection

- prep cooler: 4C
- upright white freezer: -16C
- walk-in cooler -3C
- walk-in freezer -28C
- ice cream freezer - 25C

* defrost walk-in freezer so door is able to close properly

Dicussed COVID-19 safety precautions with operator:
