Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dish washer was using the same pair of gloves between washing and taking out sanitized pots and pans.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have clean hands or gloves when handling sanitized or clean dishware. Before handling clean dishes:
1. Wash hands and use a pair of clean gloves or
2. Dedicate one person to use wash and one person to handle sanitized dishes.

Dishwasher final rinse is at 76.9C at the plate.
Cooking units are in good working order.
Walk in cooler at 3.8C raw chicken. 2 stand up freezers at -16C Perogies and -15C frozen bananas.
Temperature monitoring of units in place.
Ensure to keep temperature logging holding units and dishwasher daily.
