Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Stored clean dough bowl observed stored directly on the floor in preparation area. Dough bowl was removed from floor.
2. Whole onions in bag observed stored directly on floor in walk-in cooler. Onions were removed from floor.
3. Various piping tips observed with rust stored clean in drawer in preparation area.
4. Scoop with handle observed stored directly in clear flour bin on shelf in preparation area. Scoop was removed from bin.
Corrective Action(s): To protect food and food contact surfaces from physical, chemical, and biological contamination:
1. Store all food and food contact surfaces at least 6 inches off the floor in a sanitary manner.
2. Discard any items in poor condition or observed with rust.
3. Store all scoops outside dry good bins in a sanitary manner.

- Chlorine sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm
- Two functional sink plugs available for use observed
- Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition

- No signs of pests
- Premises in good sanitary conditon
